Job Description:

TTNA Information Technology Helpdesk (2nd Shift)

 


This position is responsible for imaging, deploying, and managing Toyotetsu’s computing inventory as well as providing local and remote helpdesk support.

Toyotetsu is a global full-service manufacturer of essential car components, with capabilities in stamping, welding, and press quenching. Considered one of the best stampers in the world, we make an impact in part and process optimization and design for three major car companies in the United States.

Position Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:

  • Managing and tracking computer and mobile device inventory
  • Imaging and deploying computer and mobile device inventory
  • Provide local and remote helpdesk support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications
  • Local IT project liaison for TTNA IT
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

 


Qualifications / Requirements

  • Associate in CS, CIS, MIS or equivalent in structured training
  • Computer hardware or software related certification a plus
  • Microsoft Operating Systems

 


This is a second shift position. Normal scheduled shift would be 4:00 pm – 1:00 am.


4:00 pm - 1:00 am
Monday - Friday
