Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving HR initiatives, supporting organizational growth, and enhancing employee experience. This role oversees key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and fairness.
Ensure legal compliance with all labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and ongoing employee development programs.
Implement performance management systems and support employee growth initiatives.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and improve processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to build trust, manage conflict, and drive results.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
