Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin to provide essential operational support for HR processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience for a client of ours. The ideal candidate will handle onboarding and offboarding activities, HR data entry, and day-to-day HR operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities who thrives in a structured and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Support:

  1. Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) checks
  2. Issue company assets (laptops, access badges, etc.)
  3. Set up system and application access
  4. Ensure completion of new hire paperwork and HR system updates

Offboarding Support:

  1. Manage access revocation and system deactivations
  2. Collect company-issued assets
  3. Coordinate and document exit surveys
  4. Process payroll deletions and employee record updates

HR Operations & Administrative Support:

  1. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
  2. Assist with HR data entry, reports, and audits
  3. Provide support for HR process improvements and compliance initiatives
  4. Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies


Qualifications:

✔ 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR admin, or a related field

✔ Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented

✔ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

✔ Prior experience in a corporate or financial services environment is a plus
