Many of your tasks will include:

  • Assist Client HR Manager with day-to-day operations of client HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Client HR Manager.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc).
  • Monitor and respond to client emails regarding HR issues, regulations, etc.
  • Assist in client payroll processing using various systems and schedules.
  • Stay current on employment regulations and changes to HR best practices.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Post jobs, coordinate communication with candidates, schedule interviews, and navigate our ATS.
  • Aid in benefits administration including enrollment, terminations, qualifying events and open enrollment activities.
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Key Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • 1 year of HR experience preferred but not required. Entry level candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Highly organized and able to manage several different projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to self-manage in a remote environment.
  • Highly detail oriented.
