We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Sr Manager Growth Marketing to lead and implement our company’s digital marketing strategies. This individual will be responsible for driving growth, maximizing ROI, and enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and strategy development, with a proven track record of achieving significant growth in a competitive market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
● Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
● Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
● Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
● Deliver compelling and engaging content for all digital platforms.
● Utilize data-driven insights to continually improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
● Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
● Optimize customer journeys and touchpoints to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
● Manage and utilize Hubspot and marketing automation to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Analytics and Reporting:
● Create a dashboard, monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
● Generate regular reports on key metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
● Use data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, IT, and business leads, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
● Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to support digital marketing efforts.
Education and Experience:
● A bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree is a plus.
● Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing.
● Proven track record of driving significant business growth through digital marketing strategies.
● Experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation software.
● Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
● Familiarity with web development and UX/UI principles.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
● Experience in developing and managing KPIs and performance metrics.
● Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
