Position: Video Games Tutor (Full Time)

Compensation: $90,000–$200,000/year

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

1. Use proprietary tools to label, annotate, and evaluate gaming-related data including mechanics, storylines, and design structure.
2. Provide in-depth feedback on gameplay quality, creativity, and user engagement.
3. Collaborate with technical teams to design and refine annotation systems and workflows.
4. Analyze AI-generated gaming content to ensure balance, functionality, and replay value.
5. Apply knowledge of gaming trends, design tools, and storytelling principles to guide AI learning.
6. Test and iterate AI-generated prototypes to enhance realism and player interaction.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Interactive Media, or related field.
2. Proven experience in game design or development supported by a strong professional or academic portfolio.
3. Strong analytical and creative skills for evaluating storytelling, mechanics, and gameplay.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to creative and functional detail.
5. Ability to work independently and adapt dynamically in an innovative environment.

Preferred Backgrounds

1. Experience in AI-assisted game development, indie game creation, or playtesting.
2. Strong familiarity with diverse game genres, development tools, and platforms.
3. Experience mentoring or teaching game design or related creative fields.
