Job Description:

Senior Full Stack Engineers (x2) | TypeScript / Node / React | $160k-$210k | Remote (US)

Two roles. One stack. Different problems to own.

Construction is a $13 trillion industry that still runs largely on paper and manual processes. The company we're hiring for is changing that - AI agents that replace the document-heavy, high-stakes manual workflows that eat hours of every site engineer and project manager's day. Not a side feature. The entire product.

$75M raised, Fortune 500 customers live on the platform, and 300%+ headcount growth in two years.

Both roles are TypeScript throughout, Node and Express on the backend, React on the frontend.

Where they split is what you'll spend most of your time on.

One is a generalist full-stack hire. You're building and scaling features end to end across their core products - owning backend architecture, data schema design, and frontend work in equal measure. Real decisions, not tickets.

The other is integrations-focused. You'll own the connector layer between the platform and the tools the construction industry actually runs on - Procore, Autodesk, Egnyte and others. Read/write integrations, authentication patterns, data synchronisation, scheduled workers. If building the plumbing properly rather than bolting things together sounds like your kind of work, this is it.

The stack:

  1. TypeScript (throughout)
  2. Node.js / Express
  3. React
  4. Relational and non-relational databases
  5. Third-party API integrations (Integrations role specifically)

The package:

  1. $170,000 - $210,000 base
  2. Stock option equity with real upside - post-Series B and backed by super reputable VCs who have produced some of the biggest and best tech companies ever.
  3. 4 medical plans, including a fully covered option, plus dental and vision
  4. Unlimited PTO - and they actually mean it
  5. Learning and growth stipend
  6. Free lunch in the office every day (NYC and Austin)
  7. Company retreats throughout the year
  8. Remote-first across US time zones, with hubs in NYC and Austin

About you

  1. Ideally 8-10 years of commercial experience, though they'll look at strong profiles from 6+ - it's about the quality of what you've done, not just the number of years.
  2. Startup or scale-up background - not because enterprise experience is worthless, but because the pace and autonomy here suits people who've worked in that environment before.
  3. Genuine TypeScript depth - it comes up throughout the process so worth being honest with yourself about your level before applying.
  4. React and Node across real production codebases - they want to see it used repeatedly, not just once.
  5. Evidence of ownership - they're looking for people who can point to things they drove, so if your CV has that kind of language, lean into it.
  6. A clear communicator who's easy to work with - the team is collaborative and direct, and they value that as much as the technical ability.
  7. No construction tech experience needed whatsoever - an interest in the problem is all that matters.
