We are hiring a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Coordinator to be the face and voice of our practice.
This is one of the most important roles in our office. You are the first impression for every patient—on the phone and in person. Your ability to create a warm, professional, and organized experience directly impacts patient satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations
Greet patients with a warm, professional, and energetic presence
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Check patients in and out while maintaining a smooth front desk flow
Collect payments and explain basic financial policies
Ensure every patient feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of
Scheduling & Coordination
Manage the daily schedule to optimize patient flow
Confirm appointments and follow up on missed visits
Communicate clearly with clinical staff regarding patient needs
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Verify basic insurance information when needed
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and professional
Qualifications Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred
Front Desk Coordinator or Patient Coordinator experience
Chiropractic Assistant (CA) experience
Medical receptionist or healthcare front office experience
Experience with scheduling software or EMR systems
