 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flooring Installer to join our team. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials in residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties: - Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the designated area - Prepare the subfloor by removing existing flooring, leveling, and cleaning - Install flooring materials such as carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tile - Apply adhesives, nails, or staples to secure flooring materials - Ensure proper alignment and tight seams between flooring pieces - Trim excess material and finish edges using appropriate tools - Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments or repairs Requirements: - Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or similar role - Proficient in using tools and equipment related to flooring installation - Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and their installation techniques - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for flooring installation - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Caulking - Water damage restoration - Concrete finishing - Cabinet installation - Carpenter skills - Construction painting - Buffing - Fixture installation - Knowledge of the restoration industry - Maintenance Person skills If you are a skilled Flooring Installer looking for a challenging opportunity with room for growth, we encourage you to apply.
