Job Title: Project Manager – Technical(Remote)
Location: Remote
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Experienced 7+ years in healthcare domain, particularly familiar with Claims, Configuration, Provider, Reimbursement, Fee Schedules (CMS, Medicaid, Commercial/Marketplace), *OPTUM Grouper/Pricer methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Facets and NetworX Data model.
- Determining the automation capabilities of an organization’s processes or products.
- Ability to independently ideate and innovate otherwise repetitive manual tasks or data feed operations.
- Creativity to identify automation-enabled use cases and develop automation solutions.
- Building automated systems for an organization and correcting any errors when implementing a solution.
- Writing reports that explain automation projects from start to finish.
- Writing Design specification documents, user guides, and installation manuals that explain product operation and troubleshooting.
- Testing and monitoring automation systems.
- Experienced 7+ years hands-on in technologies and languages such as JAVA, .Net Framework, Python, Java Script, HTML, CSS, APIs, VBA etc.
- Experienced 7+ years hands-on in SQL management, particularly should be familiar with creating and maintaining Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views and be able to write complex queries.
- Recommended to have familiarity with CMS and State Medicaid websites and understand various reimbursement methods.
- Ability to review claims, perform root cause analysis and identify or validate issues.
- Ability to perform strong data analysis using various industry standard approaches.
- Training stakeholders on how to troubleshoot automation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with others.
- Time management skills to meet the strict project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Advanced computer proficiency.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this role is between $82,000 - $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
