Location: Los Angeles, California (on-site 5 days a week)

We're looking for an Executive Assistant with excellent writing and communication skills to support our CEO. The right person for this role is sharp, confident around high-level individuals, and has great judgment. You'll handle a wide range of tasks, including some Personal Assistant duties, and you'll need the ability to anticipate problems and solve them before they even happen.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Act as the gatekeeper for the CEO, managing priorities and requests to protect their time and focus
  2. Maintain an organized, up-to-date calendar, reschedule as needed, and communicate changes proactively
  3. Ensure agendas are current and provide a printed copy each morning
  4. Coordinate meetings, RSVP to events, arrange business meals, and handle reservations while keeping the CEO informed
  5. Assist with special projects to ensure smooth execution
  6. Professionally engage with high-net-worth individuals and donors, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  7. Plan and oversee domestic and international travel, optimizing itineraries and making adjustments as needed
  8. Manage personal scheduling for the CEO and their family, including appointments, reservations, and travel logistics
  9. Travel with the CEO to provide on-site support at events
  10. Research and manage sign-ups for children's activities when needed (camps, sports, activities, dr's appts. etc.)

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

  1. 5–8+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills and highly attentive to detail
  3. Able to take initiative, plan ahead, and get things done with minimal guidance
  4. Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  6. Flexible and assertive, thriving in both structured and ever-changing environments
  7. Skilled at staying calm and efficient while managing a lot of moving pieces
  8. A critical thinker who works well under pressure and is a true team player with a sense of urgency
  9. Comfortable handling ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-moving workplace
  10. Works well with people at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  11. Driven by a servant-leader mindset, focused on helping, prioritizing, and supporting others
  12. Must be willing and able to travel 4-6x a year

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $100,000 - $125,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package. The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for final hiring package.
