The Estate Manager is to fulfill all aspects of the day-to-day operation and management of the principal’s main residence property in lively Miami, Florida plus one secondary residence in Washington, DC. The Estate Manager will lead and manage the household vendors. This is a hands-on, managerial role that requires the utmost attention to detail while spearheading the operations and upkeep of the estate.

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

- Meeting with the principal daily/weekly to discuss plans, events, and general property requirements

- Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets of the Property

- Managing the daily operations of the Property including staff schedules, upkeep, and bookings

- Supervising all ground and house vendors/ staff

- Managing all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to building/ property grounds

- Liaising with event planners, catering services, and clients to ensure that all functions run smoothly

- Managing all administrative tasks such as submitting insurance claims, filing legal documents, and preparing invoices

- Negotiating and working with vendors and contractors to maintain the properties to the highest standard
