We are looking for a growth-minded individual with leadership potential. We promote strictly from within, which is why we start each new team member off in our entry-level role focusing on direct marketing and team development. In this position, our next Marketing Associate will handle the marketing campaigns for our clients, focusing on face-to-face marketing, sales, and promotional events. Our unique method of direct marketing and sales has proven to exceed client sales goals weekly as well as grow the brand and customer support daily!

Responsibilities:

1. Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on what promotions are presently occurring
2. Accurately assess and qualify
3. Maintain and drive the marketing and sales campaigns within top retail locations
4. Troubleshoot issues and provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
5. Attend team meetings to learn about campaign and promotion changes weekly
6. Track personal and team marketing and sales goals

Qualifications:

1. Experience working with customers and/or teams
2. Goal-oriented with a student mentality
3. Works well with a team, but also self-manages at a high level
4. Adaptable
