This is a unique fulltime rotational opportunity for ambitious, curious, and flexible entry-level and early career talent. Years one and two will include eight, three-month sprints. Each sprint is a 90-day impact plan, often a continuation of assignments reporting out at each beginning and end.

You will rotate within different functional roles that may include design/R&D, solutions engineering, applications engineering, manufacturing engineering, and sustainability engineering. Through your rotations with different teams, you will gain real-world experience with electric vehicle charging stations, embedded cloud connected products, hardware (power electronics), and services that include AI, cloud computing, and digital IOT devices. You will be exposed to specialized training and workshops, the latest digital tools and tech, direct customer interfacing, change management, one-on-one mentorship, and career planning. Candidate Profile

We are seeking a unique profile outside of the traditional mold to tackle the pace and complexity of IoT products: a candidate who has strong desire for knowledge...always reading, learning, trying, problem-solving with a passion for innovation and making an impact. Applicants should be flexible, self-motivated, able to roll with the fluid nature of the field and structure of the program, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Alongside vital technical skills, this role requires effective communication, emotional intelligence, and dedication to both quality and customer excellence.

Requirements:

  • Rising graduates (graduation by Spring 2023) or recent graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Technical experience with embedded systems, IoT software, cloud-based applications, and programs/programming languages, including but not limited to; C, C#, C++, Python, Linux, node.js, ASP.NET, Microsoft Azure, and AWS.
  • Curiosity and passion for EV technology, electrification, and AI as seen in personal hobbies and projects, extracurricular activities, or classrooms experience with IoT devices
  • Track record with bridging the digital and physical world through experience with hands-on product prototypes, testing, and exploration for product functionality
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Lean / Agile Methodologies to develop minimum viable products (MVP)
  • Ability to relocate between suburbs of Atlanta, GA (Peachtree Corners) and Raleigh, NC (Wendell) - relocation assistance will be provided if you are required to relocate more than 50 miles from your permanent address.
