Position Details
Position Purpose
Reporting to the Director of Diversity & Inclusion and the Assistant Dean of Diversity & Inclusion, the Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and functions of Diversity & Inclusion in the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. This position is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a streamlined process for all programming and events through the Diversity & Inclusion. This position is responsible for the maintenance of the web site and other forms of media, coordination of the master URM student recruitment database, and creation and maintenance of diversity education materials. Lastly, this position is responsible for data analysis of incoming research projects and will work with different survey instruments and large datasets using a variety of analytical techniques to prepare research reports.
