At Makom, we are looking for a Digital Media Manager to maintain and grow our online presence by overseeing our website, social media and other platforms to join our Development Team!

This position operates in a hybrid work environment. Occasional needs to come to the office and/or other meeting locations as well.

As a Digital Media Manager, you will:

• Create and curate shareable content, as well as determine best media platform to direct paid search and social campaigns.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, website, podcast and digital advertising campaigns.
• Manage paid, search, and social campaigns and analyze the performance of those campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms.
• Participate in video and photography creation.
• Update and maintain our custom WordPress website, partnering with our developer.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned

To be Makom’s next Digital Media Manager, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years of experience working in communications and digital media preferred.

• Solid knowledge of WordPress and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Experience building paid ads with custom audiences on Facebook Ads Manager and Google.

• Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
