Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and highly-skilled individual to oversee our digital marketing efforts across all digital platforms. Key responsibilities will include managing our website and creating content to be distributed across all digital platforms. One important aspect of content creation that will be required is producing high-quality video content. The individual we hire needs to be skilled at capturing and editing video in addition to being skilled at developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Woodlands Psychotherapy and Brain Training is a neuropsychology clinic located in the Woodlands, Texas. We are a leading provider for mental healthcare and cognitive performance enhancement in the greater Houston area. At our clinic, we implement cutting-edge technologies including brain imaging and neurofeedback. We are rapidly growing and currently adding many services, products and aspects to our business. We are looking to bring someone on board who can help to level up our online reach, brand awareness and potential client engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy and Operations

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads across various digital platforms.
  • Efficiently manage projects, schedules, and budgets while maintaining attention to detail and a strategic perspective.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
  • Serve as quality control and best practices leader for all digital assets across the organization
  • Perform research to evaluate targets, trends, and effectiveness of marketing strategies; assist with reporting and tracking the analysis of relevant statistics for the marketing plan
  • Monitor progress on all platforms using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to continually refine strategies and tactics for optimal results.
  • Conduct regular competitor website analysis and research to inform our digital strategies.
  • Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, create automated funnels, and optimize customer journeys.

Online Presence

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content for the company's website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Design web pages
  • Manage website content changes and updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with branding.
  • Conduct visual quality assurance of completed website updates before launch.
  • Develop actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on popular social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok to achieve targeted ROI and performance goals.
  • Manage monthly Google Ads program budgets
  • Assist with the management and evaluation of overall marketing web performance, technologies, optimization, and reporting.

Video

  • Collaborate with team members to conceptualize, script, storyboard, and produce engaging video content that aligns with the company's objectives and brand identity.
  • Capture and edit high-quality video footage, incorporating visual effects, graphics, animations and sound to create impactful and memorable videos.
  • Implement masterful lighting, shadow, and positioning techniques for videos and photographs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and video production techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and distribution.
  • Edit and optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring that content is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for different formats and channels.

SEO

  • Execute Search Engine Optimization strategies to help reach organic growth goals.
  • Constantly look for trends and find new ways to maximize website traffic.
  • Identify opportunities to increase rankings through content management and creation
  • Analyze the website to identify SEO opportunities.
  • Identify and address technical and content-related SEO limitations, optimizing the websites for search engine visibility.
  • Monitor and document changes to search engine algorithms, policies, guidelines, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Digital Marketing Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a collaborative attitude.

Video Editing Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, audio, and visual effects.
  • Creative flair and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling stories.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous video projects and highlighting your range of skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
