Job Description:

This position is responsible for implementing marketing programs, handling digital operations, reporting, and analysis for client campaigns as well as for the agency. This is an integral role in supporting the marketing department as it develops and executes full-service, integrated programs. This position reports to the Director of Marketing, supports the Director in planning and executing digital strategies, and partners with in-house resources such as website developers and graphic designers as needed to execute programs and campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Handles day to day management of paid advertising and organic/paid social media in conjunction with Digital Strategist.
  2. Builds and uses reports to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and assess performance against goals and KPIs
  3. Performs SEO assessments of web properties and is able to understand results and guide site improvements.
  4. Sets up, tests, and executes client campaigns, to include emails, landing pages, blog posts, social media, and more.
  5. Assists in the build out websites using WordPress CMS to upload content.
  6. Supports Digital Strategist and Account Manager in program/project management of digital-based client accounts.
  7. Stays up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's Degree (BA) in a related field from a four-year college or university, and three to five years of related experience in implementing digital marketing strategies and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Computer skills required: Google Ads; HubSpot; other marketing automation tools such as Pardot, MailChimp and/or Marketo; CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce; Google Analytics; social media publishing tools; CMS (WordPress); Google G-Suite; Microsoft 365

Other skills required:

  1. In-depth knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools and best practices.
  2. In-depth experience with SEO tactics and best practices
  3. In-depth experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  4. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  5. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas, Terminus).
  6. Familiarity with web design and UX.
  7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  8. Strong time-management skills.
  9. Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  10. Sense of ownership and pride in your work and its impact on the agency's success.
  11. Comfortable managing multiple competing projects in a deadline-driven environment and experience in working with competing demands of internal or external clients
  12. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
