Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Outline and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, email, social media, and visual advertising.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute all web, SEM, email, social media, and visual advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
  • Content Strategy:
  • Develop and oversee the creation of engaging content for various digital platforms (website, blogs, social media, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and strategies to increase followers, enhance engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.) to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budget and expenses.
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
  • Experience with SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), CRM software, and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A deep understanding of the marketing, media and digital advertising landscape; previous B2B experience is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • An eye for good copy and strong writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Constant Contact, Netsuite or other similar tools for creating, tracking and analyzing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Certifications:

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • This position works onsite in an office environment.
  • May require occasional travel for conferences, meetings, or client visits.
