Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Outline and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, email, social media, and visual advertising.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute all web, SEM, email, social media, and visual advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
- Content Strategy:
- Develop and oversee the creation of engaging content for various digital platforms (website, blogs, social media, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and strategies to increase followers, enhance engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
- Email Marketing:
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.) to provide insights and recommendations.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budget and expenses.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Solid understanding of web analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
- Experience with SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A deep understanding of the marketing, media and digital advertising landscape; previous B2B experience is a plus.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- An eye for good copy and strong writing skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Constant Contact, Netsuite or other similar tools for creating, tracking and analyzing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Certifications:
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are preferred.
Working Conditions:
- This position works onsite in an office environment.
- May require occasional travel for conferences, meetings, or client visits.
