Pay: Based on experience. Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit or check.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a half-hour lunch or 5 PM with an hour lunch. This position requires 40+ hours a week depending on workload. After training, there is potential to have a hybrid work schedule.

Position Summary: Our next Digital Marketing Ads Specialist is a passionate, self-driven, analytical individual who will work within our marketing team to drive sales on our website, Amazon, Google, Walmart, eBay, Target and many more eCommerce marketplaces. They will help maintain and develop our presence on multiple online channels by working on SEO, PPC, coupons, and other traffic-driving measures. Their goal is to build an overarching strategy to optimize both the top-line retail sales as well as profit margins through a balance of categories, products, promotions, and online channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a strategic member of the marketing team; working with the team to develop and implement overall marketing strategies for DTC and B2B markets to increase customer acquisition, retention and profitability
• Oversee day-to-day activities including SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media and email marketing including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review and optimization of campaigns
• Be an expert in paid search and stay abreast of new technologies in the search and overall digital space
• Become a product expert within our market, understand the hot issues and new developments
• Report data trends and sales forecasts for each marketplace on a monthly basis
• Do continuous research on the industry through social media, newsletters, and other forms of communication to evolve into a subject matter expert
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is preferred. Equivalent education and/or digital marketing experience will be accepted.
• 3-5 years in a Digital Marketing Ad Management role.
• 3+ years of experience in overseeing and monitoring paid search campaigns and KPIs.
• Experience in various tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Amazon Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
• Has hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint.
• Ability to understand business challenges and opportunities, then effectively make decisions based on the data.
• An organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results.
• Ability to think through difficult challenges and form a solution, with a strong sense of urgency, while still ensuring accuracy.
• A self-motivated individual: a good team player, who takes accountability and ownership of his/her own work.
• Ability to work under pressure in a challenging fast paced environment, while managing multiple tasks and timelines, to meet deadlines.
