Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative and impactful digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and websites.

Optimize website content to be engaging, dynamic, and relevant to diverse audiences.

Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate insights, and recommend improvements.

Create bilingual content (if applicable) for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.

Produce visually stunning graphics and multimedia content.

Conduct market research to identify trends and cultural insights, ensuring strategies resonate with our target audience.

Engage actively with followers on social media platforms to foster community and brand loyalty.

Monitor and analyze competitor activities to keep Scarfone Law Group ahead in digital innovation.

Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred) is highly desirable.

Proficiency in WordPress and content management systems is essential.

Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.

Proven expertise in social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Creative thinker with a flair for designing attention-grabbing campaigns and content.

Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail, particularly for diverse audiences.

Familiarity with HTML and email marketing tools is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with energy and enthusiasm.

A proactive, self-motivated learner with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
