We’re hiring detail-oriented communicators to publish company-approved messages across brand-owned channels. You’ll take short, pre-written updates and post them—accurately and on time—on accounts we provide.

What you’ll do

Post pre-approved company messages and updates on brand-owned or brand-managed channels (e.g., Google Business Profile updates, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn company pages, X, YouTube Community, Pinterest, TikTok, Nextdoor business pages). Log each completed task with links/screenshots for verification. Monitor basic engagement (likes/comments) and flag questions to our team (no sales or cold outreach).

Requirements

Located in Dallas, Fort Worth area and authorized to work in the U.S. Strong written communication; comfortable posting short updates without grammar or formatting errors. Reliable internet and a computer/mobile device. Able to follow checklists and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Experience with Google Products (Drive, Gmail, etc.)
