The anticipated pay range for this role is $18.42 - $23.02 hourly, which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting pay range at the time of posting. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.

LOCATION INFORMATION:

Highways 212, 169 and 494 form a near-perfect triangle – Our business is positioned in the middle of these cross-roads at 7350 Golden Triangle Drive, Eden Prairie, MN. We moved into our brand new building in May of 2022. Our facility is ideally equipped to house teams of Sales Reps, Engineers, Designers, Assemblers and Warehouse professionals. JOB DUTIES:

• Responds to customer inquires regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry
• Orders and sources products

• Proactively generates sales and promotes Company products
• Interacts with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly
• Expedites backorders and may pull inventory and prepare order for shipment to customer
• Assist with customer returns
• Troubleshoots customer concerns
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused
• Industry and sales experienced preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of supply chain systems helpful
• High School Diploma or GED
