Strong working knowledge of CRM solutions and strategies, including development.
Experience with built-in capabilities and options available in Microsoft Dynamics and the ability to make recommendations on how to best leverage those capabilities and options when formulating CRM solutions
Maintains Microsoft certifications with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse
Working knowledge and experience with Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps
Knowledge of application integration with Power App
Knowledge of Power Automate
Ability to investigate enterprise and vendor APIs to determine whether they provide the necessary data to support an initiative and identify any modifications that may be necessary
Proven track record for defining format and mapping of data for interfaces between systems
Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Pipelines) is an asset
Experience with all phases of the SDLC process and various Agile Methodologies
