The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Creator Marketing Associate to own execution across Superfiliate, Paid UGC, and whitelisting.

This role is focused on turning creator content into revenue — scaling our ambassador program, sourcing and briefing creators for paid usage, and identifying content that can perform across paid channels.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Creators & Partnerships to scale our Ambassador Program and bridge organic creator activity → paid performance, ensuring we’re not just generating content, but maximizing its impact.

Required Experience - please only apply if you have:

1. Hands-on experience working with YouTube creators and creator campaigns
2. Experience managing paid UGC and creator whitelisting
3. Familiarity with ShopMy and creator affiliate platforms
4. Experience executing creator affiliate marketing programs

What You’ll Do

Superfiliate & Ambassador Growth

1. Own day-to-day execution of Superfiliate program at scale
2. Drive growth of ambassador base through sourcing + outreach, focused on YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Snapchat
3. Manage ambassador relationships and engagement (Discord, DMs, email)
4. Drive participation in challenges, drops, and key campaign moments
5. Monitor code usage, leaks, and performance trends

Gifting & Creator Pipeline

1. Coordinate gifting with a focus on future revenue + content output
2. Track creator lifecycle: gifted → posted → monetized
3. Follow up aggressively to ensure content goes live
4. Identify which creators should be pushed into paid or affiliate tiers

Affiliate & Revenue Support

1. Create and manage links, codes, and tracking
2. Troubleshoot issues quickly to avoid lost revenue
3. Support optimization of affiliate performance across programs

Paid UGC & Whitelisting

1. Source creators specifically for paid UGC and whitelisting
2. Brief creators with clear direction for conversion-focused content
3. Manage content from briefing → delivery → approvals → handoff for paid
4. Identify high-performing organic content for paid amplification
5. Track performance signals and flag winners for scaling

Collaboration & Optimization

1. Work closely with Paid Media to feed high-performing content
2. Flag trends, winning hooks, and creator patterns
3. Help build systems that make creator output more scalable and efficient

Who You Are

1. 2–4 years experience in creator, influencer, and affiliate marketing
2. Understands what makes content convert, not just what looks good
3. Extremely comfortable communicating via Ambassador Software, Discord, Instagram DMs and email
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented
5. Internet-native and tuned into creator culture
6. Proactive, scrappy, and unafraid to follow up
7. Comfortable juggling multiple inboxes, campaigns, and priorities
8. Excited by fast-paced environments and scaling what works
