Creative Content Strategist

We’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on content operator to own and execute our content across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels. This is not a traditional “manager” role—this person will be behind the camera, in the weeds, concepting, shooting, editing, and optimizing high- performing content.


You’ll play a critical role in building our in-house content engine—creating compelling, performance-driven content that drives awareness, conversion, and brand love across all channels.


What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Production

  1. Concept, shoot, and edit high-volume short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, paid social)
  2. Create compelling product storytelling across DTC, Amazon, and retail environments
  3. Produce a mix of UGC-style, lifestyle, educational, and conversion-focused content
  4. Stay on top of trends and rapidly execute relevant content

Channel-Specific Content

  1. DTC: Develop content that drives conversion (landing pages, paid ads, social content)
  2. Amazon: Create optimized product videos, A+ content, and listing visuals that improve
  3. conversion
  4. Retail: Support retail launches with content for in-store, digital shelves, and partner
  5. marketing

Content Strategy & Testing

  1. Generate and test multiple creative concepts weekly (hooks, formats, messaging)
  2. Analyze performance and iterate quickly based on what’s working
  3. Partner with paid media and marketing to align content with growth goals

AI & Tools

  1. Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, editing, ideation, and speed
  2. Continuously explore new tools to improve output and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  1. 3–7+ years of experience creating content for consumer brands (DTC experience strongly preferred)
  2. Proven ability to shoot and edit high-performing short-form video content
  3. Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and performance-driven creative
  4. Experience creating content for conversion, not just engagement
  5. Familiarity with Amazon content best practices (product videos, A+ content) is a strong
  6. plus
  7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  8. Strong creative instincts paired with a performance mindset
  9. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing platforms
  10. Experience with AI tools for content creation
