Job Description:

 

We are looking for an individual with experience in managing and directing Social Media Content Creation! As a Creative Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our Content Creators in developing high-quality content across various social media and video platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's voice and narrative while driving engagement and growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Maximize consumer engagement with marketing content.
  • Elevate social media presence, quality and audience.
  • Staying updated on current and emerging industry trends directing the incorporation of relevant topics into content creation.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to make data-driven improvements.
  • Proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
  • Overseeing Content Creators performance, videos, etc.
  • Maintain an organized library of video and photo content.
  • Lead a small team of skilled content creators, especially providing a supportive environment that encourages risk taking and “thinking outside the box.”

Qualifications:

  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Goal oriented, self motivated individual.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other similar editing software
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Forward thinking, trend awareness and trend setting mindset
  • Access to the latest tools and technologies to enhance quality of content.
