What We Are Looking For:

Corelation is seeking a C++ Software Developer to join its team. In this role, you’ll contribute to building new features and enhancing existing integrations and services. As a Core Developer I, you’ll take part in the full development lifecycle—from gathering requirements and coding to testing and ongoing support.

Requirements:

  1. Serve as an active member of the implementation team, helping resolve client support issues as needed
  2. Develop, update, and maintain core C++ applications aligned with client business needs
  3. Perform functional testing before code reviews and client delivery
  4. Collaborate with team members to validate project requirements, including objectives, inputs, and outputs
  5. Modify and improve existing programs to enhance efficiency or meet new requirements
  6. Ensure quality through thorough testing practices
  7. Maintain documentation of development work and revisions
  8. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and occasional weekend client support
  9. Complete additional related tasks as assigned

Why You Are the Perfect Fit:

  1. 1–2 years of professional experience in backend software development
  2. Strong proficiency in C++
  3. Familiarity with SQL, XML, and AIX or Linux environments
  4. Understanding of relational databases
  5. Solid problem-solving abilities
  6. Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus
  7. Experience working in Agile Scrum environments

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
