Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Work with content development and graphics team to compile requests and secure sourced images and rendered illustrations for courses in K-12, higher education, and workforce learning.
Manage schedule of rendered illustration requests and image processing.
Research images according to specifications.
Log requests on client-approved asset logs.
Add images in the content management system(s) and/or course authoring tool(s).
Prepare manuscript including the insertion of images.
Run plagiarism reports on original content.
Assist with integration of client feedback in the content management system(s) and/or course authoring tool(s).
Complete content quality assurance (QA).
Assist with transmittal of content to client.
Experience in image research, content production, rendered illustration requests, and work across print and digital environments.
You must have access to reliable broadband internet at your home/virtual office and your own equipment capable of supporting project requirements.
Hours per week vary but a commitment of 20–30 hours is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Drive suite and Adobe Acrobat.
