The Content Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital presence and voice through high-quality, strategic content. This multi-faceted position blends editorial expertise, creative storytelling, SEO-driven strategy, and cross-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate will excel in writing, editing, and managing a variety of content formats, including blogs, scripts, social media posts, and PR materials, while optimizing content performance through data analysis and collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging, SEO-optimized content such as blogs, scripts, product descriptions, and email campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Edit and proofread all written content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the company’s brand voice.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
- Collaborate with social media teams to schedule and align content with product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI and audience engagement.
- Develop SOPs for content creation workflows to improve efficiency and team collaboration.
- Research industry trends and competitors to inform innovative content strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize product pages and descriptions for higher conversions.
- Write and optimize scripts for podcasts, video content, and social media campaigns to align with brand goals.
- Collaborate with PR teams to craft press releases, public-facing materials, and campaign announcements.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring content deadlines are met across all channels.
- Conduct A/B testing on content headlines, CTAs, and visuals to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Partner with graphic designers to integrate visuals into content for cohesive storytelling and branding.
- Ensure on-time delivery of content projects by managing workflows and task prioritization in Asana or similar tools.
- Track and report on blog, email, and social media performance to measure content effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content into new formats, such as infographics or videos.
- Assist with optimizing landing pages and website copy to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance product listings and ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content marketing or a related field.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for basic web editing tasks.
- Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools for optimizing online content.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information into engaging narratives.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
