Job Description: We are seeking some experienced and highly motivated Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee our luxury retail and fine dining restaurant projects across various locations (multiple clients looking for this experience). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end construction projects, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering superior results. This role requires extensive travel to project sites to ensure that our standards of quality and efficiency are met.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for luxury retail and fine dining restaurant projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for each project.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in luxury brand retail construction or fine dining restaurant projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-end construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ability to travel extensively and adapt to various project locations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
