Our client is Florida's Premier Pool Builder and seeks a construction project coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and / or education on the business side of construction management. Prior experience in pool construction is a plus, but it is NOT required.
This is a full-time position (in-person) with an emphasis on managing the business side of project management and customer service. The Project Coordinator should be capable of managing multiple projects and clients at a time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects
- Main point of contact with homeowners during construction
- Manage the business side of project management - such as cost analysis and budgeting
- Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied
- Change orders and “up selling”
- Maintain excellent organization & communication
Qualifications:
- Experience as a construction project coordinator or construction business coordinator
- Should have educational background in construction management and / or experience in construction management.
- Experience with residential and commercial construction projects
- Should be technically skilled in construction management software and Microsoft Suite to include Excel
- Possess excellent communication skills & organization skills
- Must be customer service oriented
- Positive “can do” attitude is critical
- Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines
- A background check will be conducted for this position
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience.
