Responsibilities:
Constructibility Champion:
- Analyze project requirements and ensure constructibility feasibility.
- Tackle challenges head-on, proactively identifying and solving issues that may arise during construction.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, inspire, and manage construction teams to achieve the highest quality levels and safety standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.
Decision-Making Ability:
- Make informed decisions and take ownership of their implications.
- Navigate through uncertainties with a steady hand, keeping projects on track.
Planning Expert:
- Develop, refine, and update project schedules, daily logs, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure projects progress efficiently and meet deadlines.
Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, project managers, field crews, project engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspection authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
Material and Equipment Management:
- Be a stickler for detail, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available to teams at all times.
- Optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.
People-Centric Approach:
- Genuinely care about the well-being of your teams, clients, and the overall success of the project.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and camaraderie on the job site.
Construction Expertise:
- Demonstrate an inordinate interest in design, construction techniques, safety protocols, scheduling methodologies, job site logistics, organizational tools, equipment, and manpower utilization.
Blueprint Experience:
- Interpret and build according to drawings and specifications effortlessly.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in every aspect of construction.
Supportive Team Member:
- Willingly jump in to assist with estimating and project development support when needed.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in residential construction.
Comfortable working in person with an 8-hour shift schedule.
