The Compliance Risk Analyst will manage and execute various tasks related to the Global HealthCare Compliance Program at QuidelOrtho. This role will support aspects of the programs' global due diligence efforts focused on third party intermediaries as well as auditing and monitoring across a variety of compliance policy areas.

The individual will need to be flexible and able to adapt as program priorities evolve.This position is located at our Raritan, NJ office and will be onsite.The ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day management of the Compliance programs' third party due diligence process.Utilize subscription-based research tools to identify and analyze adverse media, enforcement actions and other events involving the company's existing and prospective third-party relationships that could present a corruption, fraud, or reputational risk.Draft due diligence reports that succinctly summarize findings and a recommended course of action.Liaise with stakeholders in legal, compliance, finance, internal audit and business functions, to facilitate consistent application of due diligence reviews and periodic refreshes.Assist in the structure and execution of an annual audit and monitoring plan across variety of legal, compliance and privacy areas in coordination with internal audit, and external consultants, where applicable.

Perform core auditing tasks including developing audit objectives, documenting and evaluating controls and implementing audit tests. Gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of relevant policies, guidelines and compliance program elements, particularly related to third party due diligence.Gather statistics and develop reports to monitor status and progress for inclusion in presentations to management and senior leaders of the company.Collaborate and effectively communicate with all levels across the global organization.Perform other work-related duties as assigned.The IndividualRequired:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of business experience -or-a High School Diploma 10 years of industry equivalent experience-Advanced knowledge of Compliance systems and structure-Experience in Health Care Compliance and auditing/monitoring experience-Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies-Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Position requires an understanding of Global Legal, Compliance and Privacy business model, understanding industry standards, and day-to-day business activities impacting compliance with the various aspects of local, state, federal and global compliance laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and various global anti-corruption laws.

Emphasis on Anti-corruption fraud, forensics and auditing and monitoring skills. Requires prioritization of work and strong teamwork skills in order to deliver high quality results.Detail-oriented with strong project management, organization, prioritization and time management skills with moderate to advanced data analysis skills.Experience performing investigative research on individuals and entities focused on identifying business risk.Familiarity with Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters World Check or similar risk databases.Ability to think critically, objectively and analytically.

Flexibility in working on several processes or projects simultaneously to meet team goals and responsibilities and ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and cross border environment.10% domestic travel between business sites as determined by business need.The Key Working RelationshipsInternal Partners:interface with all levels of the commercial business including sales, marketing, clinical and regulatory, to ensure guidelines are properly implemented, executed, and monitored. The primary working relationships include global colleagues across QuidelOrtho and will involve numerous daily interactions with business associates, including individuals across all functional areas of QuidelOrtho.External Partners:Suppliers and contractors.The Work EnvironmentNo strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials is required. 30% of time in meetings, working with team, or talking on the phone, 70% of the time at the desk on computer, doing analytical work. Minimal travel required. Travel includes airplane, automobile travel and overnight hotel.Salary TransparencyThe salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
