We are searching for a Community Coordinator to support our growing influencer and affiliate programs. This position will require someone who is organized, attentive to detail, creative, and analytical when needed. Most of all, excited about influencer marketing!

Responsibilities:

Campaign and influencer coordination:

1. Assist in campaign management; sending agreements, creating briefs, reviewing content, and ensuring deadlines are met
2. Support the execution of brand campaigns and new ideas for the community
3. Source new potential influencer and creators to help grow the community

Affiliate coordination:

1. Support the growth and maintenance of our affiliate program – the Kindness Krew
2. Work with the Director of Community and Affiliate to manage communications and campaign execution for the affiliate community; aiming to build strong relationships and maintain excellent communication as a representation of the brand
3. Assist in community management, including but not limited to helping manage influencer events, mass giftings, communication, and relationship building/management
4. Assist the Director of Community and Affiliate to measure the success of the overall community by analyzing key performance indicators like CPV (cost per view), EMV (Earned Media Value, and ROAS (return on ad spend)
5. Optimize community flow and organization; ideating ways to improve and identify areas of weakness or inconsistencies

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge and interest in beauty, skincare, fashion, and cosmetics-related industries
2. 1-2 years of experience in a related role, ideally in the consumer products or retail industries
3. A positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
4. Strong familiarity of social tools including Instagram, Tik-Tok and YouTube with a passion for social media
5. Experience analyzing/reporting on key performance indicators
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
7. Excellent written and verbal communication
8. Excellent attention to detail & organization with strong project management skills, project management software experience, like Asana or Monday, is a plus

We offer holistic total rewards, including comprehensive healthcare plans, parental leave, flexible working arrangements (such as remote work), and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, and prior relevant experience. The base salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on skills and experience levels.
