Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Leadership Team at the C-Suite and Senior Management Executive level. As a participant in the program, you will gain hands-on experience we will draw from to contribute in various departments and projects. Depending on the direction and focus you go in day-to-day tasks may include assisting with management consulting, project management, conducting research, analyzing data, utilizing quality management initiates, developing and implementing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This will provide you with a valuable opportunity to learn, grow, and develop leadership and untapped skills. Those with senior to mid-level executive leadership experience will offer ample and diverse value across the board in industry.

  • Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment or as well as an individual contributor

  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Stakeholder and C-Suite engagement experience
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of success with a minimum of 7 years of experience in program leadership, sales, service excellence, marketing, strategic initiatives, operational excellence, complex project management, quality, engineering, and operations management, and engineering are desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field, yet realizing that transferable skills gained through experience are valuable as well as the less obvious abilities and talents, which are innate have significant weight
