Position Overview:


  1. 1099 performance-based with the option of a draw
  2. Outside B2B relationship building


Compensation/Benefits:


  1. Qualified pre-scheduled appointments (avg. 10-15 per week)
  2. Industry-leading uncapped commissions (25%)
  3. Monthly residuals (25%)
  4. Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses (paid weekly)

Primary Responsibilities:


  1. Engage with prospective clients via door-to-door networking, pre-scheduled appointments, referrals, and networking
  2. Deliver presentations to potential decision-makers, demonstrating the benefits and features of services
  3. Understand client needs and requirements and, with the support of internal sales managers, present customized cost-saving proposals
  4. Collaborate with internal sales managers to close new business deals
  5. Follow-up with leads in a timely, professional manner to move deals forward
  6. Guide clients through the process from initial contact to signed agreement
  7. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity in the CRM system


Experience [will train]:


  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Comfortable and confident in presenting/pitching
  3. Team player with a collaborative mindset
  4. Good active listening skills with the ability to understand client needs
  5. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but all experience levels are welcome.
