Job Description


We are seeking a knowledgeable, self-motivated Automotive Remote Diagnostic Coordinator to provide expert-level technical support and mentorship to our team of tech support operators. The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of automotive repair, remote diagnostic technology, and ADAS calibration. This role requires frequent travel to locations in Texas, Michigan, and Florida.

 

Qualifications


Coordinate Tech Support activities around Remote Diagnostics Operation • Design Process and procedures for our ReDI Operation • Provide expert-level technical support to our customers, addressing complex automotive issues as a level 2 tech • Provide Market and OPS needs to our engineering team, also being a super user for our engineering team • Utilize in-depth knowledge of remote diagnostic technology to assist with technical issues, contributing to our overall user experience. • Serve as a role model for our team of tech support operators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' and technicians' needs, using this knowledge to improve our service offerings and customer experience. • Participate in the design and implementation of operational processes, ensuring adherence to established procedures and contributing to process improvement. • Deliver regular reports on customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. • Stay updated with the latest developments in ReDi automotive technology and the repair shop industry. Requirements & Skills • Proven experience as a master tech support agent in the automotive industry. • Extensive knowledge of automotive repair and remote diagnostic technology. • Understanding of ADAS calibration preferred. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills. • Ability to travel frequently to multiple locations. • Proven track record in process design and improvement. • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on improving user experience. • Familiarity with the automotive repair shop world. Note: the successful candidate will be required to travel frequently as part of this role.
