We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our family owned team! Candidate will assist Owners to provide first-class care for our client's private homes. We offer a flexible schedule so you can enjoy the many benefits of living in Southwestern Montana. Summer hours are 30-35 hours per week and winter/in season hours are 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

-Perform routine inspections of residences

-Recognize when appliance, boilers, furnaces, TV’s, and music systems are not working correctly

-Over-seeing subcontractors

-House maintenance-may work in varied inclement weather

-Preparing houses for owner arrivals with a personal touch

-Closing down houses after departures

-Checking and treating hot tubs

-Shuttling cars

Qualifications:

• Homeowner or experience with caring for a home (handy)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Honest and reliable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends & holidays off

Experience:

• Handyman: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Big Sky, MT: Relocate before starting work (Required)
