Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Basic Knowledge of SCRUM.
  • Understanding of Project management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC (Agile, waterfall, etc).
  • Should be able to work in between cross-functional teams.
  • Good at time management.
  • Strong Problem solving and Analytical skills.
  • Should be able to handle pressure.
  • Should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 0-3 years of IT/Software project management experience.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT from HEC recognized university
  • Nice to have Agile certifications such as PSM or CSM or ACP or PMP
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Hands on experience of bidding for Software Development projects on Upwork, Guru etc.
  • Be well versed in tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, MS Office, SmartSheets
