Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct wireless sales and assist customers with their wireless needs
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates
- Interview and hire new team members
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering products as needed
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wireless sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals
- Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions on pricing and buying strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
