Innovative Technologies Corporationis currently seeking an Assistant Intelligent Robotic and Autonomous Systems Program Manager (IRASPM) for the Training and Logistics Support Activity Marines Forces Special Operations Command (TALSOM) at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Position Description
The Assistant IRAS Program Manager serves as the Deputy to the CD&I IRASPM, providing critical leadership continuity and subject matter expertise across the MARSOC IRAS enterprise. This role ensures seamless continuity of operations in the IRASPM’s absence due to travel, deployment, illness, or other contingencies. The Assistant IRASPM will oversee program documentation, coordinate stakeholder engagement, support deliverable tracking, and serve as a key contributor to training and scheduling efforts.
Essential Job Function
- Act as Deputy to the IRAS Program Manager, assuming full IRASPM responsibilities when delegated or required due to absence (travel, deployment, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IRAS documentation, including the authorship, review, and maintenance of program publications, reports, deliverables, and inputs to Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and Annual Self-Assessments.
- Support development, review, and submission of operational, training, and acquisition documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as an alternate IRAS Training and Scheduling FTE, supporting the lead in training deconfliction, instructor allocation, and curriculum alignment.
- Liaise with Component, Service, and USSOCOM-level stakeholders in support of TTP development, IRAS integration, and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in and contribute to SETA activities as designated, including briefing Flag and General Officer-level audiences and contributing to capability development efforts.
- Support transition planning and tracking of contract deliverables and performance milestones.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Previous experience working on a USSOCOM Component-level staff (J/G/N).
- Strong background in IRAS operations, training, and program management.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and brief senior-level stakeholders using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and assume leadership responsibilities.
Required Certifications and Licensure:
- Camp Lejeune Range Safety Officer (RSO) certification; other RSO certifications as required.
- Camp Lejeune Laser Safety Officer (LSO) certification.
- Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
- Valid FAA Class 2 Medical Certificate.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Camp Lejeune 4x4 Government Vehicle Driver Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical or operational field
- Prior experience with IRAS technologies, TTP development, and operational T&E activities.
- Familiarity with USMC and USSOCOM doctrine, training systems, and acquisition processes.

Pay: $83,385.00 - $92,044.00 per year
