Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Category Manager to support our Category Management Team. This position is integral in managing the successful launch of our products across various selling channels and working with the sales ops team to manage and grow current sales channels. Additionally, this role involves supporting other departments with various tasks, making each day different, fast-paced, and exciting. Key Responsibilities:

Product Launch Management:

  • Oversee multiple product launches across various sales channels.
  • Customize each product setup to meet specific account requirements.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of product launch preparation and execution.

Product Listings Optimization:

  • Optimize product listings to enhance visibility and sales performance.
  • Continually check and update product content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Item Setup and Maintenance:

  • Manage item setup for various sales accounts.
  • Maintain and update product information to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate efforts of multiple departments to keep projects on task and moving forward.
  • Maintain a comprehensive list of ongoing projects to ensure no details are missed and deadlines are met.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.

Office Supplies Management:

  • Manage office supplies inventory and ordering to ensure the team has necessary resources.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Canva
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
