About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Cross-Platform App & Web Developer / Technical Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications and websites, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth system integration across platforms. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, solutions-driven, and eager to grow within a dynamic company—preferably with experience in the transportation industry.

Preferred Skills

1. Strong expertise in API development for mobile apps, backend development (mandatory), and frontend development.
2. Proficient in Flutter, Firebase, and Node.js, with a solid understanding of cross-platform mobile app development and maintenance.
3. Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and efficiently resolving technical issues.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
5. Experience in the transportation or mobility sector is an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesApp & Website Development, Upgrades, Corrections & Maintenance

1. Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for internal teams, customers, and partners.
2. Ensure strong app performance, usability, and timely rollout of new features.
3. Monitor analytics, crash reports, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Technical Support

1. Provide first-line technical support for app-related issues.
2. Train internal staff and field teams on app features and updates (if required).
3. Coordinate with IT vendors for escalations or major deployments (if required).

System Integration

1. Ensure seamless data flow between mobile apps and backend systems (ERP, CRM, inventory, etc.).
2. Develop and integrate APIs or third-party services as needed.

Documentation & Reporting

1. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and version histories.
2. Generate regular reports on app performance, usage, downtime, and issue resolutions.

Security & Compliance

1. Ensure all mobile applications comply with data protection and privacy standards.
2. Proactively identify and resolve potential security vulnerabilities.
