Job Description:

Epoca International is a designer, importer, and distributor of consumer kitchenware products and is on an amazing growth trajectory and looking for a talented, driven, Amazon PPC Specialist to support our dynamic, multicultural sales team by in driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing sales through paid digital advertising efforts. Our retail partners are located all over the world and in the USA include Walmart, Amazon, Target, QVC, Ross Stores, TJ Maxx, Publix, Wegmans, and many others.

The successful candidate is self-motivated, problem solving and analytical with an exceptional understanding of excel based math. The successful candidate also demonstrates mental flexibility, able to multi-task, a team player, well organized and able to thrive in fast paced scenarios. Experience with E-Commerce Sales (particularly Amazon) a major plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Optimize bids and budgets based on business goals and item status.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for effective bid and budget optimization.
  • Provide continuous oversight of ASIN level campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Develop high-level strategies for different ad types.
  • leverage AI to optimize bidding strategies and ad targeting, automate real-time campaign adjustments, and gain deeper insights from analytics, significantly enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital advertising efforts.
  • Demonstrate competence in budget allocation to maximize ROI for campaigns and products.
  • Determine the appropriate split between ad types, such as Sponsored Product vs Sponsored Brands
  • Implement strategies for successful launches of new products.
  • Stay updated on all Amazon Ad offerings and conduct A/B creative testing for Sponsored Brands (SB) and Sponsored Display (SD) campaigns.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to drive business growth.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports for performance assessment and issue identification.
  • Ensure compelling and keyword-optimized ad copy with a focus on driving conversions.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Possess 1+ years of experience in Amazon PPC advertising campaign management.
  • Proactive Strategy Implementation: Proficient in keyword research, ad optimization, and budget management
  • Proficient in navigating Amazon Vendor Central; experience with Seller Central is a plus, but Vendor Central is ideal.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Amazon algorithm, including understanding product rankings and influencing factors.
  • Have proficiency in using keyword research tools, data analysis, and reporting tools like Helium 10.
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Word. Photoshop is a plus.
  • Is a team player, willing to jump in where help might be needed.
