For our client, we are seeking a AI And Agentic Transformation Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Media environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,900 – $224,900 annually

Responsibilities

1. Lead executive-level strategy sessions and stakeholder interviews to define AI transformation roadmaps
2. Design and implement AI governance frameworks for enterprise clients
3. Assist clients in establishing AI Centers of Excellence, including structure and change management
4. Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and develop business cases for investment
5. Architect AI and agentic solutions tailored to client needs, evaluating no-code, low-code, and pro-code approaches
6. Manage cross-functional project workstreams to ensure high-quality consulting deliverables
7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance market presence
8. 
   

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree with 6 years or relevant experience; Master's with 4 years; or Ph.D. with 1 year; or 10 years in Software Architect/Engineer roles
2. Minimum of 5 years in technology consulting, preferably with Big 4 experience
3. Proven track record in AI and Data strategy engagements for enterprise clients
4. Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud AI platform and familiarity with a second
5. Solid understanding of agentic AI concepts and automation patterns
6. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, equally effective in executive and technical environments
