Manage activities of the Revenue Audit and Drop/Soft Count operations for all casino locations to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures. You will report to the Revenue Audit Director.

Primary Tasks:
1. Manage, oversee, and provide leadership to the Activity Audit associates within their assigned sites and tasks.
2. Review daily activity audits for accuracy and completeness; provide training and counseling when needed.
3. Improve Activity Audit processes as may be needed to sufficiently protect all assigned areas.
4. Take ownership for issues affecting Activity Audit and remain engaged in finding solutions until the issues are resolved.
5. Responsible for performing operational audits of identified casino functions to evaluate control strengths and make appropriate recommendations to enhance controls.
6. Monitor exception reports for their assigned areas and ensure repetitive issues are reported to responsible management personnel. Continue to monitor issues and escalate through the chain of command until sufficiently resolved.
7. Assess risk associated with different activity audit exceptions and reallocates resources to focus on high-risk areas.
8. Investigate and report any discrepancies with established control procedures. Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external auditors for any revenue audit fieldwork.
9. Assess the effectiveness of the Loyalty and Hotel Activity checklists and make changes.

Requirements
High School Diploma
Must have knowledge of gaming regulations such as National Indian Gaming Commission, Minimum Internal Controls (NIGC, MICS), Tribal Internal Controls, Choctaw Casino Departmental Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) Policy and Procedures.
Extremely proficient with Windows, Excel, Access, Word, LMS, Aristocrat Oasis and OLK.
Read, analyze interpret reports.
Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, has integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Three (3) years’ experience in Gaming/Hospitality Marketing Analytics, Marketing Systems or Accounting or Audit with prior management experience.
