TSM FTX (tsm.gg) is a world-recognized leader in esports with multiple top-ranked competitive teams, including the most notable League of Legends team who has won 7 LCS Championships, more than any other organization. Originally founded in 2009 by Andy Dinh and Dan Dinh, we now have 16+ competitive teams in addition to League of Legends, including Fortnite, Valorant, Apex, Rainbow 6 and more. Overview

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer responsible for elevating all graphics for TSM FTX. To excel in this role, you must have experience in creating marketing and product designs in addition to a deep understanding of the gaming demographic. This role lies within the Marketing Team and will primarily be assisting in brand marketing initiatives with an emphasis on 3D design and character modeling. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Brainstorming with the marketing and design team to come up with image ideas. 
• Provide high quality design work for production that delivers on the creative strategy.
• Creating an asset library of illustrations for use across all marketing verticals, particularly on social media.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing department to translate the brand goals and vision to our community in an innovative way.
• Use of 3D experience to craft innovative marketing designs.
• Build & implement Illustration team processes.

What It Takes To Be Successful

• 2+ years of graphic design experience
• Proficient in the Adobe Suite, primarily Photoshop, After Effects, and Blender/C4D
• Experience in creating digital and physical assets
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, visual composition, logos, typography
• Self-starter who is able to see projects from start to finish
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and able to work with others in a team environment
