Wealth & Asset Management Rotation Development Program Analysts are a critical part of our team, who ultimately serve a broad client base and aid in revenue generation on behalf of the Bank. Throughout three ten-month rotations, you’ll learn finance principles and skills through accelerated formal training, mentorship and a community of peers and advisors.
Wealth & Asset Management business lines are set out to serve and meet our clients’ needs, while achieving key growth metrics to expand our assets under management. During your rotations, you will be exposed to diverse roles, giving you experience across the lifecycle of a client relationship. Functions may include project or program management; process or policy development and execution; quantitative and qualitative analysis; compliance and supervision; presentations and reporting; and client services.

Working model and hours:
This role will be based in a hub. Team members in hubs are expected to spend three days a week in-office with flexibility on their work location the other working days. Rotational program analysts/interns work approximately 40 hours per week in this role.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $69,360.00 - $81,600.00 - $89,760.00
