Job Description:

We run YouTube channels, email newsletters, and social content for 100+ real estate professionals. Full service. Done for you. Our clients close $10M to $1B+ in sales a year. Most of them will tell you their channel is the single best marketing investment they've ever made.


Last month, from only 30 clients reported wins. 373+ leads. $85M-$100M+ in attributable sales. And we're growing every month.


We're not a freelancer marketplace or a content mill. We run pods. Each pod is one strategist, one junior strategist, one YouTube manager, plus editors, writers, and designers. One team. 15+ clients. That pod owns everything.


We're scaling from 100 clients to 300 to 1,000+. Every new pod needs a strategist who can run 15+ client relationships, lead a small team, and ship results without anyone hovering.

Role

You're not just managing YouTube channels. You're building local media brands that generate millions in sales for real estate professionals.


We don't sell lead generation. We build local media brands. The agents we work with stop chasing leads because people come to them already trusting them. Your job is to make that happen for 15+ clients and keep it compounding.


You're the connective tissue between client goals and content that actually drives results. You own the strategy. You own the packaging. You own the client relationship. You own the outcome.


This isn't a task role. You're a strategic partner to 15+ real estate professionals, fluent in YouTube strategy, client communication, leading creative teams, and retention. Your job is to make every client the recognized authority in their market, and to keep them winning long enough that they never want to leave.


One strategist per pod. You lead a Junior Strategist and coordinate with a YouTube Manager, plus the creative teams (editing, writing, design) that bring your strategy to life. If the idea of building 15+ locally famous real estate brands excites you, let's talk.


Responsibilities

Strategy & Client Activation

  1. Run 15+ strategy calls per month. Come prepared with specific ideas, data, and recommendations. These are strategist-led, not client-led.
  2. Architect a content strategy with clear pillars per client based on their market, audience, and business goals.
  3. Achieve first measurable win within 30 days: views, leads, one outlier video, inbound calls, booked appointments. If it hasn't happened by 60-90, you're diagnosing why and presenting a fix.
  4. Track client health using our Green Flag system (Green/Yellow/Red). You own early detection. A Yellow flag at month 4 that you didn't see coming is the strategist's ownership.
  5. When engagement dips or a client goes quiet, you intervene immediately. You don't wait for someone to ask.


Content & Briefs

  1. Prepare complete briefs for every video: title, thumbnail concept, logline, outline.
  2. Present ideas to clients. Capture feedback. Document requests. Hand off clear direction to designers in Notion.
  3. Maintain a rolling pipeline of approved topics so production never stalls waiting on you.


Production & Quality

  1. Final review of scripts and thumbnails before anything ships.
  2. Ship 4 videos per client per month, submitted in advance of deadlines.
  3. Conduct retention reviews on published videos. What's working, what's not, and what changes.


Client Health & Reporting

  1. Prepare and lead monthly strategy calls (deeper reviews, not recurring check-ins) with strategy for the next 30+ days.
  2. Track and report on retention signals. If a client is drifting, you flag it before it becomes a cancellation.


Team Leadership & Coordination

  1. Writing, design, editing, and email all need to move in the same direction for your clients. That's on you. Not "everyone coordinates." You make sure it's coordinated.
  2. Your Junior Strategist supports you in execution, research, and client prep. You coach them, develop them, and build them into someone who can eventually run their own book.
  3. Your YouTube Manager owns production coordination within the pod. You set the strategy. They make the trains run.
  4. When something is going to slip, the team hears it from you before it becomes a problem.


Requirements

  1. Deep understanding of YouTube: strategy, scripting, thumbnails, retention editing, and how the algorithm rewards local/niche content.
  2. Strong client communication. You can lead a call, handle pushback, and keep a client bought in when results take time.
  3. Ability to lead a small team and coordinate across departments when nobody technically reports to you except your Junior Strategist.
  4. You look at numbers before you form opinions.
  5. Can activate clients fast and sustain momentum over 12-24 month engagements, not just the first 90 days.

  1. 90%+ client retention (18-36 month lifetime)
  2. 90%+ client NPS
  3. First measurable client win within 30 days
  4. 90% of videos shipping on schedule weekly
  5. 100-1,000 subscribers per month per client
  6. 5-50+ leads per month per client

Compensation

$72,000 to $108,000 base salary, depending on skill and experience, plus performance bonuses tied to client retention and results.
